Dr. Jennifer Hole is the founder/CEO of D.D.S. Consulting and is proud to offer a dual minded approach to dental acquisitions. Upon graduating with her Doctor of Dental Surgery, she ran a successful private practice and devoted her life to treating pediatric patients. After 10 years in the Dental industry, Dr. Hole decided to alter her direction and committed to furthering her education in the world of business.
WIth the goal of broadening her training, she enrolled in the McCombs School of Business, a top ten school at the University of Texas at Austin. It was here that she received her Master's in an area focused on innovative engineering, ideation and revenue generation. This MSTC degree shed a new light on the business side of the dental world and trained her to think outside the box - whether in negotiating terms on a deal, valuing a dental practice and identifying areas of growth on both the company and office level.
Dr. Hole grew increasingly interested in the business side of Dental office acquisition and mergers and secured a job working in Business Development for a billion-dollar national Dental Service Organization. It was here that she furthered her knowledge in the world of financials, valuation, private equity involvement, risk, multiples, EBITDA and practice performance analysis. After having been a part of numerous deals, she was eager to explore this world to the fullest level possible.
A year and a half into working with the BD department, she was accepted into the Wharton School of Business at the Ivy League school of UPenn, the #1 top-ranked business school in the nation, year after year. Entering into Wharton's Advanced Corporate Finance Program will provide her the highest level of training in the world of Private Equity, Corporate Valuation and Mergers & Acquisitions in addition to all areas of corporate finance.
Dr. Hole is excited to blend her knowledge as a Dentist/Practice Owner with her formal business training. She started DDS Consulting to provide Buyers the opportunity to not only ensure that a practice is solid in numbers, but that it is a practice full of compliance, proper staffing, future potential growth and solid KPI's. It is not expected that dentists understand the numbers side, or finance professionals understand Dentistry, however those areas do not have to be separated. Dr. Hole looks forward to being a partner that erases those lines and brings an encompassing scope of knowledge that ensures that every transaction is set up for success.
